| Dear All,how can we know the exact size of the database?by using sp_helpdb, my database is showing 83 gb, but the backup of the database is 19 gb.sp_space used is the correct one to get the exact database size? or there is any other best way?ArnavEven you learn 1%, Learn it with 100% confidence. |

| Backup of database will be always less than original db size.You can use sp_databases for it as well. |
