You can use T-SQL query and use datename() ... try following code

select datename(hh,getdate())+'-'+datename(mi,getdate())+'-'+datename(ss,getdate())

I'm not sure about the SSRS part, but you could do
SELECT CONVERT(varchar(8),datename,108) in T-SQL
