dear all,
frequently i'm getting the error 'transport-level error occurred'.

first time if i press f5, i'm getting the error. immediately if i run the f5 again, i'm getting the desired result. so i thought of the login timeout. so please let me know how to know the present timeout and how to increase the value

You are already logged when hitting F5, so the login timeout will not help.

The transport-level error means that your connection was interrupted. Did the service get restarted in between those? Was there a network hiccup?

Dear Tara, i did not get you. please brief me regarding the network hiccup?

it is happening every day and almost for every half an hour. if we are using continuously, we are not getting any error. but if we did not use the system for half an hour or 15 minutes, we are getting the error. so please suggest me to resolve this issue

You need to contact your network admins about this issue.
