 Can i restore database only using log file

I have backup the full backup and then log backup, but can i only restore the database using log backup,

No. All the log backup has in it is the transactions that occurred between the previous log backup and that one.

Restore the full backup first, with norecovery, then try to restore the log backup. Providing it is the log backup that correctly follows the full (ie, no missing transactions), you'll be able to restore it.
