Books OnLine is the SQL Server help file / documentation. If you didn't install that, pop in the CD/DVD and run the installation and install the documentation. Or refer to the online edition http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms130214.aspx

BooksOnLine means SQL Server online books which gets installed on installing Sql server 2005. You can get them from programfiles --> documentation and tutorials
For other books you have for sql server 2005, search amazon or this site for keyword books.
