I've read a few answers to different questions that refer to a "Query Analyzer". How/Where do I find the query analyzer in SQL Server 2005?

in 2005, the "Query Analyser" has been merged into the SQL Server Management Studio tool.

If you missed the Query Analyzer, installed it from the SQL 2000 CD. It is still works with SQL 2005.
