| I have looked at all the results to my question above on your site but still need some assistance. I am very new at this and have been asked to create some reports using Reportings Services. I have a SQL 2005 Standard edition and have loaded, setup the server and databases. I now find I need to use BI Development Studio but my link goes to an unknow error. What software do I need to get this running. I have VB 6 loaded on my PC. I would be running the server and client on the same PC. |

| you need to select options for reporting services,integrationservices & analysis services while installing your sql server 2005 from cd. then you will have icon SQL Server Business development studio under Microsoft sql server 2005 in start-> programs. click it to launch BI studio and you can create reports & packages from it. |

sure that you chose the options correctly?were you installing from cd or some location? |
