Hi

Glad I found this forum. Thanks for making this by the way.

I've been in IT for several years, doing mostly management and BA stuff. However I want to get certified in SQL Server and MCSE 2007 after that.

I found this book, http://search.barnesandnoble.com/MCTS-Self-Paced-Training-Kit/Solid-Quality-Learning/e/9780735622715/?itm=1 that you can study to take the SQL Server Cert, however the review mentioned it does not cover T SQL development, query optimization and database deisgn, which the reviewer said was crucial. So what should I learn first, in order to study this book and get certified?

Thanks

B Reno

Sounds like I need the basics though, before I can do SQL Server right? So I am thinking doing an intro book to databases first.
