Hi..

I have two tables in my stored procedure. I have Employee1 and Employee2 tables. I wanted to compare the data of the two tables for example:

Case When Employee1.Name <> Employee2.Name Then Employee2.Name Else Employee2.Name End as Name.

In my Then i wanted to put an emphasis to it. Like making it BOLD or putting color on it or anything that could emphasize it when i display it on my report. How can i possibly do it?

Thank you so much.

Whatever you're asking for is a formatting issue. It should be handled at your front end application. SQL Server is not meant for formatting stffs like this.

nope. just do it in your webpage part. use html tag <b></b> to get text in bold.

What is the use of CASE here?
EmployeeName2 is always returned no matter what.
