I know I got this from this forum but I can't find it

i have a trace saved -- how do i insert it into a table so that I can analyze it - I know there was a stored procedure someone wrote here but I can't find it.

no i just meant i had saved the sql but accidentally overwrote it with other quries - thanks - i found this helpful in analyzing what is tying down the server
