| Hi all,I am having a problem with MSSQL 2005 Embedded Edition. I was trying to install Sharepoint after installing Active directory, and suddenly I have an MSSQL 2005 Embedded Edition error:Source: Service Control Manager, EventID : 7024 The SQL Server 2005 Embedded Edition (MICROSOFT##SSEE) service terminated with service-specific error 3417 (0xD59).I googled everything, and found one post that describe the problem I faced perfectly: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929665 However, I don't understand the work around. Can someone please help me by telling me what parameters I am supposed to provide and what I need to do in plain english (if possible)? Or if they know of another way I can resolve this issue, it is very much appreciated. I need this service to install sharepoint properly.When I try to install sharepoint, it keeps saying that the above service could not be started and installation fails.
