A hash is per definition a "one way encryption". You can't decrypt a hash. E 12°55'05.63"N 56°04'39.26" |

| If you're on sql server 2000, you'd need third party DLLs. Sql server 2k5 has hashing and encrypting algorithms. But like Peso says, hashing won't let you decrypt. That I think is the only bit by which it differs from normal encyption.
