 permissions to sql server agent

Dear All,
i've created a middle level user for users. but while connecting to the server, it is not displaying the sql server agent. they need to work on jobs. so please let me know how can i add permissions for the users to work with sql server agent....

The roles to give permissions to jobs are:
SQLAgentUserRole,SQLAgentReaderRole,SQLAgentOperatorRole.
Assign as required to user.

database - msdb
/ security / database roles /
OR
Add user to msdb and add roles through
msdb / Security / Users - and add roles.
