permission to run report

(sql server 2005)
A login has been given db_owner database role to a database. However when he ran the User Statistics report for his database in sql server management studio he got the message:

Unable to retreive data for this report. Following error occurred
Msg 297, Level 16, State 1
The user does not have permission to perform this action

I wonder what permission he would need to produce the report?

You need to grant View Server State Permission for it.
