Not sure what this is error mean....

post the ddl for vw_monthEndProvider

but it looks good

So I'm assuming that's not a table but a view

do this

select * from vw_montthEndParovider

what happens

acutally I figured it out it was this line....

LEFT([First Name,100]) as [First Name],---The 100 needed to be outside the brackets.
