I had a database on my local sql server
I got to the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Expres
and I see that there is no + before the db name
I didnt changed the mdf and the log file path.

what happened?
please help

trying to solve the problem
i played with the security>users of the server
and now i cant add a new database how can i restore default??
please help

Log in as SA user and restore settings for other sql server accounts.

How can I login as SA
Usually when I login I log as
.\SQLEXPRESS

what do I have to write?

That is the instance you login to, not the useraccount.
