| I have Altiris and HP SIM installed on the same system and on different partitions. The SQL server resides on the D: drive with teh Altiris install (otherwise either there isnt' enough room on C: drive, or Altiris can't locate the SQL database). Th HP SIM resides on the C: drive.I have to restore both databases for the respective programs to function.If I restore the Altiris Database, change the location path to E:, select over write and retain replication, it works.If I then try to restore the HP SIM file, it all breaks. And neither the Altiris or HP SIM program will work. |
