How can I decrypt encrypted stored procedures ?

Extract the unencrypted version from you code library..

Seriously though, this is what you should do if you are in the situation I think you are in....

1) Find the idiot who has done this and remove his/her reproductive organs.
2) Do a search on the web.
3) Repeat Step 1

Remember that it can be criminal do decrypt stored procedures made by a vendor/consultant. The code can be copyrighted.
