I set everything up really quickly with default logins, perhaps blank passwords. I think it was NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM

Looking at Report Manager URL in SSRS Config, I can't get anywhere when I need the username and password.

I can't believe what a dog's dinner and a drama all the SQL Server services these are. I am used to Crystal Reports.

What can I do to reset the logins and, the main question is: why did there have to be about 6 different logins and passwords at setup phase, which I left as default... what's wrong with one login and password?

Thanks

This is version 2008 here. Ideally I want to remove this installation of SSRS, and do it again and write down all the login details. Not sure if I can remove it without the access to do so. I'm stuck.

Is there a really obvious solution I'm missing here?

Now I've removed all of the the SQL Server instances and starting from scratch. At least the .MDF and .BAK files are in place! Those are the important stuff!. SSMS is just a software suite. It'll all be back once I've set everything up once again.

Will someone tell me how to set up the Account Name and password for Reporting Services please? I'm no good with Active Directory at all. Why all the domain, slashes, etc? What's it all about? Why can't I just say 'fred' and 'xxx'? I have to give it an existing name. I can't give it just a new name? Everything is unaccepted, without a reason why - it just says: it invalid. I supply the Administrator name. Not good enough. I chose it from a list. Do I select a password, or is it there already? Can I change it or not?
