Hi,I am trying to encrypt data in a table. I found some scripts online which were useful. I would like to know what others are doing in order to encrypt credit card #s, ssn for PCI compliance. Thanks |

We don't encrypt them. Encryption implies decryption is possible. We use hash values. E 12°55'05.63"N 56°04'39.26" |

Thanks for quick response,Yes you are right once we encrypt data we can decrypt it to find real data.So you just store them as ### values. Are you doing this to be in PCI Compliance. Please let me know. |
