Is there a good tool for replication monitoring? I know there is defaul Replication Monitor.

I also found Quest's,
Spotlight on SQL Server Replication BETA.

Any other options?

MOM can also monitor replication. But really the only thing you need to monitor are the SQL jobs. On failure of one of those jobs, you then research it inside Replication Monitor.

MOM has become SCOM!

I'll always refer to it as MOM. If I am forced to call it SCOM, then I will pronounce it "scum".

You may want to check Red Gate products to see if they offer something like this. They are much cheaper than Quest.
