This may not be the right forum, but I don't know where else to go. I am getting a server error that says to verify that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it). This application runs on another computer and to the best of my knowledge I set this computer up the same way. I remember seeing a checkbox for allowing remote entry which was defaulted YES, but I cant find it now.

Any ideads?

Please see this blog entry for how to troubleshoot that error: http://weblogs.sqlteam.com/tarad/archive/2008/05/23/60609.aspx
