Hello,
I am just new for this database stuffs and teaching my self at the moment however,i have pretty hard project coming a head.The project is about to creat a web based data base and Forum.There for i have no idea what and how do i start,Well i know how to creat tables ,selections bla bla.There for is there any one who can give me piece of advise what should i do on step by step manner.

Hi.
Definitely you should start from requirements for your project.
Then you should High Level design of the entire project. The next step is designing your database structure preferably using Enterprise Architect or ErStudio. Then deployment, testing optimizations and so on.

This is a problem that has been solved numerous times. I would recommend using something that has already been developed, is mature and has a wide user base. Web forums are not my expertise, but I would suggest looking into dotnetnuke.

An infinite universe is the ultimate cartesian product.
