strange character codes in .sql files

strange character codes in .sql files

Greetings
when trying to deploy my function i used a cmd file to combine all of *sql files into 1 .sql file. but some of the functions come out with these strange characters, some sort of ENCODING...how can I fix that?

Seems like UNICODE for some text files.

E 12°55'05.63"
N 56°04'39.26"
