closest thing is a table variable


DECLARE @foo TABLE (
    [Id] INT IDENTITY(1,1)
    , [valA] NVARCHAR(255)
    )

INSERT @foo SELECT 'a'
INSERT @foo SELECT 'b'

SELECT * FROM @foo
