I have a table which contains some data I would like to export to Access. Is there a way to select and export just that data without exporting everything in that table? Thanks for any help.Scott

yes. If you are using DTS, you can specify a query to transfer data. Alternatively, You can define a view with filters you want and export using that view.

Hi Scott,Go to the corresponding DB and right click, then select the 'Task -> Export Data' now u will get the Import and Export wizard, Give Source (current instance name), destination access DB, after that you have to select 'write a query to ....' option. there you can give the query to get the expected result set.I hope this will help you. Let me know if you have any issuesThanksMohan
