how do I generate bespoke autoID

HI all,

How do I generate a bespoke identity like CC3000, CC3001, CC3002 etc
There was already something posted along this line, but it went way over my head as I'm new to SQL server and normally work with DB2 dbases.
Do you use a tabled value function or something. If possible could someone could show mw this?
