| Hi.I'm doing a computer course and learning SQLServer2000 (old i know).I mainly need to practice writing SQL commands and some admin GUI stuff, but not sure which version of SQL to run on my 32bit Vista machine and where to get it?! Can i run 2000 on it? Does 2000 have a free developer ed. like 2005? Or should i just download the free 2005 version and forget 2000?Any help would be great! |

| I would go for v2005 - just remember that there will be a few differences.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.DTS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |
