you can't upload a image here. You can only reference itquote:
Images: Enclose the address with one of the following: * [ img ] and [ /img ] * [ img=right ] and [ /img=right ] * [ img=left ] and [ /img=left ]
remove the spaces within the [ and ]

upload to any image hosting site and then reference it here. See the example in the FAQ section "Creating a Hyperlink in your message"
