i had a table with two columns id and description.
In Stored procedure we used contains function for searching the text.
We need the search the text like 'Reference and Terminology'
but we didnot get the result even if records are there in database.

SELECT * FROM tabl_1 WITH(NOLOCK) WHERE CONTAINS(description, '"*Reference *" AND "Terminology"')

You can only have your wildcard at the end: '"Reference*" AND "Terminology"' to find 'Reference and Terminology'
