How can i Limit the remote connection of one SQL SERVER Instance?

Please help!!!

You can limit the number of connections via sp_configure.

OR just to not allow users to remote the SQL Server Instance of an SQL Server..

open the EM and right click on the server name and go to properties and go to connections and max no. of concurrent connections....

is max no. of concurrent connections doesn't affect the end users who are connecting when they are using applications if i set it to 2 connections only?
