He's asking you what the actual problem is / what you want to know.

It looks like you've just posted a lot of data and then a piece of sql without saying what's wrong with it or what you want to get out at the end.

We don't know what your question is. Does you query not work? Do you want to see if there's a better way to write it? What results do you expect? etc.

Fred thinks and drinks in German, but is trying to post in English.

Perhaps if you drink in English, it would help?

your English is very understandable to someone who has English as a FIRST language. There may be a problem when it is not (but i cannot say, since English is my first [only] language).

OK - thank you for this.
Then the best way is to post only short statements without typing something like "sixty-four-dollar question".
But I cannot guarantee when I am drinking in German

"sixty four dollar question" is part of the American lexicon. Has to do with VERY old time game shows on TV and Radio.
You are right, it would be better to say "W.T.F. is your question?"

Wish I was still drinking in German. There is NO real beer here...

Webfred. Your english is excellent. (much better than my german or itallian - which are the only other lanuages I speak (badly)). Definately *good enough*. Its shameful how few people in the UK can speak any other lanuage than English so I'm always impressed by the quality of a lot of posters English here where its not their first lanuage. Keep it up.
