I've never actually been responsible for buying licenses for sql server before...does anybody know what a license for a 64-bits Enterprise license costs for a server with one single quad core cpu? Does it make sense to shop around??- Lumbago |

It depends really.Dont go running to buy, we had a bad experience recently. We purchased a 64bit quad x2 lic for small businesses and found out we bought the wrong thing, and couldnt return it, 'cos we had opened it.Call Microsoft in the country you wish to use it and get them to advice you.MSSQL in a hosting environment and office environment require different lic keys/purchases |
