| Dear,we have a website that retrieve data in Arabic from SQL tables, using PHP code (Website is done in php code).arabic data in tables appears normally, but on the website it appears as questions Mark "?????????????"this happens after doing restore to my PC.please if any one can help me, any suggestions please...Best regards, |
