When i try to connect to a remote sql server am getting the following error- "Login failed for user ''. The user is not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection. "Can anyone please tell me how can i rectify this error.?? My application files reside in one server while database resides in another.I verified the connection strings and it seems ok..Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

Make a connection with a sql server account rather than trying with a windows domain account as on a remote server, your windows account is about as useful as a foam hammer. |
