 Do these statements define different JOINS?

Include only those records from MyTable1 for which matching MyTable2 records can be found.
Include all records from MyTable1, regardless of whether any matching MyTable2 records can be found.

If so, what are they? Would they be Left Join and Left Outer Join respectively?

First is INNER JOIN, second is LEFT JOIN.
