| I had sql 2005 express version but now need t create ssis packages so am installing standard edition. i first uninstalled express then installed standard and received no error messages during install. however when i try to open management studio i can only see the configuration applications. i have tried to reinstall a number of times but get the same results.does anyone have any solutions/ideas please?install on xp sp3 48gb free space. |

Do you have choosed client tools while istall was running?If no start installation again without uninstall first and choose only client tools to install.
