Can anyone advise me as to when I should be looking at partitioning tables?Currently some of our tables vary between 5GB and 65GB in size, should I be looking at partitioning these to improve performance? The database they reside in is around 130GB, should this also be split/partitioned?Thanks for any guidance as I've never done this before.

Tables can be any size as long as you index properly.[ /fail at query]

Tables can be any size (And shouldn't affect performance) as long as you index properly. What type of indexes are you using on your columns?[ /fail at query]
