Hello

I'm posting this thread because I need your help. I'm new to SQL Server. I was asked, by the company I work for, to do a research on SQL Server for a new project to come. I searched through the internet for information about the tools and software but I'm a bit lost. I ask your help about what are the licenses I should suggest for the database server and development. The project will be a Web application accessed by hundreds of people a day. I have to write a report about the licenses, prices, salaries, etc. By the way, if someone has good link on DBA and developpers salaries in Canada, it would be really appreciated

Thank you
Jonathan

The licenses and the database sizing, depends on the end users who will use the application. Since you say its a web application, we have to know what kind of application is this? can you elaborate on the architecture of this application.?
