HiI wanted to schedule a job to keep on running non-stop. This job will actually monitor for a table constantly, if any data comes in, it will perform the script. I tried the "Starts automatically when SQL Server Agents start", but it is not a recurring job.And if I choose the recurring option, the minimum time frame to run the job is 1 minutes, which is too long of waiting.Any ideas?

For some reason, trigger is not the best option for me. I want a schedule job to run "forever".

what's the reason?if you must make it a sql agent job you can make multiple schedules, set them to run every minute, but 20 seconds apart.but really, why not a trigger?
