I would like to run thru a table (table ONE) with at least 10 000 rows, and then update another table by executing a stored procedure.

Is there a time out problem if there are a lot of rows, and the executed stored procedure has to update at least 10 rows in another table, that makes 100 000 rows in table TWO.

Im a newbie so if there is as well a suggestion about how the script shall be written the I would be very glad.

this is a very general question, there could be so many factors. test it out and see. pull the data in a dev test environment and try it out. depends on your setup, table structure , the code you write, machine type etc ..i think
