Hey all- easy question hopefully.

Does anyone know how to get a next/new line within a cell in SQL?

I found code like this online that utilizes char(13):
Select 'a - in a line' + char(13) + 'b - in the next line'
... but it isn't working for me.

Basically I want the line above to display as-

A - in a line
b - in the next line

Within one cell.

Thanks in advance!

The result with line break is not visible in a grid-result.
Change results to text and you will see.
Perhaps you need char(10) instead of char(13).

No, you're never too old to Yak'n'Roll if you're too young to die.
