What happened to ADT?

In the current version of Access XP, what ever became of the Access Developer's Toolkit (ADT) that we used to use in Access 97 to make a runtime SETUP.EXE? I have an Access XP project to deploy to a machine, and I wish to ensure that all the DLL's I have referenced in code will be there.
