| User interfaces are a part of the application layer. SQL Server doesn't handle this layer. SQL Server is designed to store and retrieve data. To display the data in a form, you'd write an application using something like C# that would connect to SQL Server, request the data you want, and display it in the form.If you're after a database engine that merges the application and data layer into a single package, then perhaps MS Access is for you. You can use MS Access to create forms, and connect those forms to Access tables.
