I have a report and I have a group in the report. I just want the grouping functionality and not the group column header to display or any of its values. How can I do that.

I figured it out and I'm posting it in case others might need this information. After creating the group, if you just want to keep the functionality, but get rid of the group column header and data - right click on it in design mode and select "Delete"

even while creating a group, you've two checkboxes which is checked by default which includes the header and footer by default. unchecking it wont create header and footer rows.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SQL Server MVPhttp://visakhm.blogspot.com/
