Display Names - database Field Names - Table name

CI Name - Name dbo.AST_Configuration_Item__CI_

My Requirements is

Search extractions are: all NGW workstation (independently of their status) that have an association with software... You should normally have 80 000 lines or so... Please provide in *.CSV format

Dude, seriously, I have absolutely no idea what it is you're asking for. All I see is a bunch of table and field names, none of which appear to have anything to do with "NGW workstation".

With the information given, the most accurate answer I can give is "About quarter past Tuesday".
