does anyone got a solid script out there that can parse names close to that of some commercial software out there?

my example would be this, i have a program called mailers +4 that has a name-parsing tool. problem is the tools wicked slow, and it's an API Only program. i'm looking for something that can, on the fly adjust for:
Lname, Fname
Fname Lname
Fname Mi Lname
Fname Mi Lname Suffix

all in one field, and be able to parse out the fname / lname / mi (where populated) into separate fields.

at this point, i'm even open to finding something that i'd have to pay for. as long as i can use it in t-sql format.

Thanks alot!
