Hi...I am trying to parse the data
I have to move one column fullname(ex: john f kennedy, manager) data to 3 columns ( first, middle, last). I don't need designation (manager) after comma.


Please help me out

You need to give more information than that. Will there always be only 3 parts in the name (No prefix, suffix?). What if there is no Middle Name? Or what if there is a Name like "Cote De Pablo"?

EDIT: Have a look at this script from blindman. It covers all scenarios. I use it frequently.
