msdb..sp_start_job @job_name = @scheduleID
I am passing the schedule id of my report for mailing to the sp_start_job procedure.

Is there a way i know that the mail is getting delivered.

Not from SQL Server as the delivery gets handed off to the mail server. From SQL Server, you can only know if it's been delivered to the mail server.

Thanks! How do we know if it's been delivered to the mail server.
