Does any one know if Microsoft provides ODBC driver for unix/Linx? If yes, please provide web link for me to go through details.

We use freetds or data direct odbc drivers to connect our unix to MS SQL.

I heard JDBC works too.

I don't believe Microsoft offers any native drives to do this currently.

Years ago when they tried to come to convert us to MS SQl their answer was NO which was why we went the other routes.

We use the i-net Merlia driver, but it isn't free. We are using this driver for Enterprise/scalability/HA reasons, I believe.
